About the acquisition of Benchmark in the United Kingdom

We are pleased to announce that Söderberg & Partners is acquiring Benchmark, a leading financial advisory business in the United Kingdom. We are acquiring the business from Schroders, which invested in Benchmark in 2016. Over the past decade, the business has delivered strong growth, both organically and through acquisitions. Benchmark currently supports approximately 1,000 advisers across the UK, partners with 200 financial advisory firms, and has £31 billion of assets under influence.
